Winter penguin trifold shutter card

I'm new at this, so please be gentle! Hopefully over time, my cards and photography skills will get better :)

I think this is a fitting card for the inaugural entry. Cards with intricate folds have always fascinated me, and I am slowly adding stamping elements! Lawn Fawn's winter penguin stole my heart the first time I laid eyes on the little guy. Stamp, fold, and repeat!

The trifold shutter card looks complicated, but, trust me, it really isn't. I used these dimensions, but shrunk the card down to 5¼" in height so that it slides easier into an envelope. The resulting dimensions are 5¼" x 4".

I am entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp blog Wednesday challenge: Anything goes and Monday challenge: Holiday cards.

There's a first time for everything, and if you're still reading this, thank you for sticking around!
